About OEM/ODM projects
If I want to make a completely new design disposable vape, can you help me with the design as well as production? And what is the cost?
Answer: We support customers in ODM projects; OEM is a brand new design, which means there is no identical product on the market, and you will reduce a lot of competition. As a factory, we welcome customers to cooperate with us to develop more ODM projects at one time.
Usually, in order to support customers in developing new e-cigarette styles, we will provide a very low minimum quantity and mold cost, and if we reach an agreement, we can help you share the mold cost. Please contact me and lets discuss it together.

If the vape pod does not work or quality issue, we support a free replacement or refund for you.
About Shipment terms:
--We usually offer door-to-door shipping services, and for most countries, customers dont need to handle customs clearance.
Our shipping channels assist customers in managing all import-related issues, and customers only need to wait for the goods to arrive. Our sales team will oversee the entire order process and maintain communication with customers until they receive the goods.
--If clients have an owner forwarder in China, then we will be free to send the package to your China Forwarder warehouse.
